My sincere thanks to Thuglit‘s editor, Todd Robinson, for accepting the story. This is the fifth Pargrew story to be published. It’s a funny thing. I never anticipated when I wrote the first time about a cowhand private investigator that the character would come to have a life of his own. I suppose that’s just how writing fiction works.
