West Of Dodge is the first anthology published by Saddlebag Dispatches, one of the few American magazines remaining devoted to Western fiction. Replete with period illustrations by such masters as Remington, the antho features short fiction by renowned Western writers such as the late Dusty Richards and my own story, The Fighting Editor, a quite short piece about a fracas in a mining camp written in a purely Twainian vein.
