My distant future SF story, The White Whale Of Europa, is now available for purchase as one of the stories in Inside The Kuiper Belt, the third in the Visions anthologies put out by Lillicat Publishers. As noted in my previous September 2015 post, this story was originally published in Black Satellite in 2003. While it’s always very nice to be published, a story that is accepted for re-publication is especially gratifying since I consider that to be a strong indicator that the story has sufficient merit to draw a large number of readers, given most editors’ bent against reprints.
My deepest thanks and props to editor Carrol Fix, Lillicat owner Carol Goodwater, and especially to Herman Melville, the distant inspiration for this yarn (although if he were here in the present day, I doubt he’d know what to make of it).
